Any order you make through the SOSbrother.ie website is subject to acceptance and availability, we reserve the right to refuse your order at our discretion.
Making a purchase off the SOSbrother.ie website could not be easier. Just browse our online store, click on any item you wish to buy, then beside the item click the button marked ‘Add To Cart'. If you want to continue shopping you can do so and therefore continue adding items into your cart. Once you have finished shopping click the ‘Checkout' option and you will then be asked for a few details that we need to be able to fulfil your order.
You can choose to pay by PayPal or Personal Cheque/Postal Orders. Note if you choose to pay by Cheque or Postal Orders then remember to send off your order form and email confirmation with the payment.

Payment by cheque to be made payable to M.S.P. Ltd, please allow at least 7 working days for your payment to be delivered and processed.
Our Guarantee
All Brother Domestic Sewing and Embroidery machines carry a three year warrantee if being used domestically, or one year if being used commercially.
All Brother PR Series machine carry a one year Back to Base warrantee. Very often, problems on sewing machines and overlockers are down to user error. Customers who have purchased their machine from SOSbrother.ie can telephone us on the following number 086 601-7926 for free help and advice.
If we find that your machine is in need of workshop attention, and it is covered by brothers three year warrantee, you (the Customer) must ring the Brother Warrantee Helpline on 081 877 6286 (lo-call rates apply). Brothers engineers will talk you through a few tests on the machine, if the problem cannot be rectified over the phone, Brother will organise to get your machine collected from you for repairs. Please retain the original packing materials - just in case your machine has to be returned to a Brother engineer. In the event that the item should need to be returned and the original packaging has not been retained, you will be responsible if the machine is damaged in transit, you may also be liable to incur further charges if additional repairs are needed. However if the fault is due to misuse, user error or neglect then a charge will be applied to rectify the problem. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
SOSbrother guarantee to replace FREE OF CHARGE any mechanical or electrical parts and components, which are deemed to be the result of faulty manufacture for the period of your warranty. Your warranty is subject to the machine having been serviced every 2 years; failure to do this will void any warranty.
Please note: All customers are responsible for getting their machine returned for repairs/warranty work in good condition. So please make sure your machine is well packed for the courier to collect it. All products are insured against damage in transit. Prior to being despatched all products are checked by Brothers Quality Control Department and are supplied in perfect working order. In the event of a product arriving damaged or faulty, report damage / fault to us as soon as possible, preferably by e mail or telephone rather than post, within seven working days.
